Do Work That Truly Matters.
EFWS is looking for specialist SEN tutors who are passionate, qualified, and ready to make a real difference to children and young people across England.
Why Join EFWS?
Teaching is important work. Specialist SEN tutoring is some of the most important work there is. At EFWS, you’ll work with children who genuinely need you — and a team that genuinely supports you.
We are not a revolving door. We value our tutors, invest in their development, and give them the caseloads and flexibility to do their best work. If you’re passionate about SEN education and want to be part of a team that takes it seriously, we want to hear from you.
We work around your schedule. Whether you're looking for full-time commitment or a flexible caseload alongside other work, we'll find the right fit.
Work with children who genuinely benefit from your specific expertise. We match tutors carefully — so your skills are always being used well.
We invest in your development. Regular CPD opportunities, peer support, and access to specialist training to keep your practice sharp and current.
You won't be working in isolation. Our coordination team provides regular check-ins, supervision support, and a genuine community of SEN professionals.
This is the one that matters most. Every session you deliver changes something for a child. You'll see it.
