At EFWS, our tutors are our heartbeat. They are not generalists who occasionally work with children with additional needs — they are specialists who have chosen this field because they understand it, because they care deeply about it, and because they are very good at it.

Every tutor on our team holds relevant qualifications and has been rigorously vetted, DBS-checked, and inducted into the EFWS approach. But beyond the credentials, they share something more important: a genuine belief in every child’s capacity to learn and grow.
